I was in Superdrug yesterday having a miserable day. I was served by Lyz on the fragrance counter who was extremely friendly and went well above her role of customer services to help me. I only went in to see if a parcel I had lost was in there and came out with 3 perfumes! She put a smile on my face and cheered me right up. It really is nice to be nice!
