Ordered a Christmas gift from the Superdry website. Had confirmation email of the order, and then the next day a dispatch email.
Today I have received a 'Returns Confirmation' email. I did not organise a return as I haven't actually received the item yet.
I contacted Superdry customer support who said that there are 'no notes' so they can't actually confirm what has happened.
I've been told that the item was never actually dispatched in the first place and also that the return reason is that it was dispatched to the wrong courier.
So which is it? Was it dispatched or not?
Seems dishonest/disorganised or a mixture of both to me.
Oh and to top it off, the item is now out of stock. Brilliant.
