Awful service, do not use!! I placed an order with them on the May 25th, and I actually received the order on the 9th June, 15 days later!! And it was minus an item which they had refunded me for. However on receipt of my order, the packets of crisps I had ordered were all squashed together at the bottom of the big box with the all the other products put on top of them, some heavy bottles and cartons and as a result all the crisps were bashed up and broken and mostly crumbs instead of whole crisps! I asked for a refund of my money for these items and sent them photo's of the crisps and the way they had been packed. They replied that they wanted more photos sending and wanted me to send the items back so that they "can put things right" for me. To which I replied, "Why are you asking for me to return them? They are not useful for resale due to your packaging; they are effectively waste and we should not be spending your time and my time and resources on shipping waste around the country. I am happy to take more photos if you wish. I would hope you would admit to your packaging issues and issue a refund immediately and not waste everybody's time in a pointless process!" To which they have still not replied to me. So I will be taking my business elsewhere now. Good luck to anyone who orders from them! This is not how you do business and keep loyal customers Superfood Market! Very disappointed
