Ordered direct from Superfood Market, waited a long time for order to be dispatched at which point was given a refund for half my order as they couldn't fulfil it, there was no explanation, offer of fulfilling at a later date or apology. When my order finally arrived three items were incorrect. On contacting them they asked for photos as proof which I provided and then told me to download a return label, arrange a return at which point we could have a refund or exchange. At several points I asked for confirmation they had the items I required as these are free from Easter items for my daughter's and I didn't want to end up with nothing to give them, particularly as my previous order hadn't been fulfilled properly and presumably their stock levels are not accurate. They kept ignoring answering this and eventually have stopped responding to my queries. I also asked for my issue to be escalated to a manager who h also never happened. Such disappointing customer service and not the experience I have had from other companies. I was more than happy to return the items delivered as mistakes happen but their attitude and refusal to confirm I would be able to receive what I ordered was not appreciated or what I would consider good customer service.
