I feel really sorry for this company. They are a small independent that has done their best to fulfill orders during an unprecedented time. Their systems obviously didnt update properly and they sadly couldn't fulfill some orders. Please have a heart people as theyve done their best and your negative comments for a single blip in all the years of great service can easily ruin a company. I have never had an issue before. My order was received after 2 weeks with some items missing but they did their best. I am in no way associated with the owners but can clearly see the issues here.
