Made an order for one item before the lockdown, was send a notification for my item being picked and packed. Cut a long story short, No item delivered despite several emails only to get automated responses each time. No refund, several more emails trying to recover my money, get sent a confirmation of refund from them which never made it into my account. Absolute crooks, the worst business and customer services I’ve ever come across. Do not go near this company, they’ll promise the world, take your money and deliver nothing with no chance to recover your losses. AVOID!!!!
