There is no customer service, no one to call if things don’t go to plan. So you choose, you pay, you wait. I chose express post as the item was essential for mobility. It took a week for it to arrive, not a post problem, the item was never in stock, so couldn’t be dispatched. I thought using a Brisbane vase ‘shopfront’ company would allow me to receive the product ASAP. Clearly I was wrong.
