Made an online order, spent enough that I am sure it said free shipping. When I rang to enquire about the delivery I was told I chose click and collect. Because order now heavier than 1kg I was offered an $8 shipping link. Received an email that said “order shipped” assuming now posted as thought company admitted it could be shipped. Then received a text for click and collect. Drove to the store on a Saturday, was told the order wasn’t there and staff said as the email says shipped, it must have been changed to shipped. Rang on Monday, order was there in store the whole time “they hadn’t looked in the right place”, I drove out again and collected. No apologies offered, even though served by the same girl who “didn’t look in the right place”. I think I should have been offered free shipping for my troubles on the call on Monday especially as I had spent approximately $145. Now I’m receiving a feedback survey as to how I rate my delivery.
