AVOID** Fraudulent website This is an automated website with no customer service. I was misled by an advert for lessons that advertised as face to face but was only online. Not what I asked for. When I tried to cancel the subscription the money was still taken from my credit card and despite numerous emails there was no response. AVOID Update - 10th November. Despite the reply from Superprof on my TrustPilot review no one ever responds to the hello@superprof email. Contacted my credit card company to reclaim the money that was taken. In addition to this i've reported them to the ICO for failure to comply with GDPR. This company are not legitimate so i'd recommend reporting them
