Not a good experience like with other tutoring platforms. To send a message to a teacher I had to book a lesson which it said it was free of charge. Then they charged me £39 and never received the confirmation of the teacher as the messages went to my spam tray. What I can’t understand is why the charge was applied if the teacher never received an answer from me and her forest lesson was for free anyway. I have been in contact by email but they keep rolling asking for more information, evidence, etc. Really abad experience. I have used Tutorful for years and never had a problem. I better comeback with them.
