I paid 39 pounds for student pass that should last for one month to contact unlimited tutors. But few days after I made the payment, they deleted my account saying I was buying notes from the tutor contacted. Firstly, that tutor posted on her ad selling notes to students. This ad has been active until today. They didn't delete her ad. Secondly, after I read her ad, I only made enquires of purchasing notes but never made any payment to buy because the price is too high. It is incorrect to say I bought notes from any tutor. Thirdly, this company even made up stories saying I was asking the tutor to write things for me - this is false statement. From the chat histories, I never made any enquiries to ask anyone to write anything. Superprof is making up stories so that they can stop my subscription and make me pay for a new student pass subscription. Unethical and Disgusting business practice. Students please do not use this web!
