Signed up for the premium tutor service. It states your ad will benefit from more exposure etc and dedicated email responses within 24 hours. I signed up in August and not had a single response to my ad. I'm a highly qualified with a long history of success with other tutoring websites. The day I bought the premium I noticed all the negative reviews for this company and decided to email superprof to claim a refund citing 14 day statutory rights to refund which most reputable businesses respect. Of course, they didn't offer a refund and were quite patronising in their response... telling my I can't expect a deluge of enquiries the day after signing up. Well it's been 4 months now and not only no deluge but not a single response. In addition, I have found a lack of responsiveness to emails, so they don't really adhere to their claim of dedicated email support. Very poor experience with this company. Won't be renewing or having anything to do with them again.
