Avoid!!!!!! Dreadful service, no care for customers and zero communication. They will take your money and run for the hillls! I ordered a set of Jockey Wheels. They eventually arrived but they sent the wrong ones. Tried to contact customer support but took and age to respond before finally saying send them back. I returned them completing the returns form and asking for an exchange to the ones I actually ordered. I also sent them the receipt for the £4.25 postage costs as it was their mistake. They have received the item back (I have proof of delivery) but are ignoring any emails or FB messages from me. They haven’t sent me the replacements and are not responding to the request for postage refund, despite being liable, as it was their error. Completely unprofessional and also contradictory to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am now going to report them to trading standards as I fear I will never see the items, nor my money again. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
