I responded to an add that claimed I can upgrade my cell phone to a Samsung S21 5G for free with a trade in. I received the new phone and completed the trade in but t-mobile started charging me for the new phone. I called and the agent refunded the first month's charge for the phone and guaranteed that I "wouldn't have to call them on this issue any more, she took care of it." T-Mobile has started charging me again and this time refused to refund the charge. This is straight-up bate-and-switch.
