I find it unacceptable that in a business that offers first come first serve products and has products sell out in seconds, that I can be given an email stating clearly that my order is confirmed and processed, with the money also coming out of my account for over 5 days. I also find it unacceptable that during the following 5 days there has been no contact from yourselves at all to clarify that the order did not go through. I feel that this is an unfair way to treat a customer as there was no communication and I had emails telling me the contrary to what you are telling me now such as the order confirmation
