I made my first online order with Supreme. There was no email confirmation at all, I was left pending on my bsnk account for over a week, then this morning I received a email saying ps has delivered my item but they had not at all!! I was in at the time of delivery, ups had no signature or photo, ups and Supreme didn’t answer their phones or respond to emails. I’ve been left with no money or item! £103 is alot for me. I’m so disappointed that Supreme use a bad company like UPS and don’t even reply to help
They are only interested in selling to rich mummies boys and resellers, they don’t care about normal loyal customers. Please don’t take the risk of ordering online with Supreme! I was a big fan but now won’t be purchasing again. Seeking legal advice now to get my item or money back
