I'm new to using Diet Whey and tried a few brands but then, upon a personal recommendation from my son who is taking his Masters in nutrition, tried Supreme Nutrition. The product is superb. There is bags of flavour and more to the point I have reduced my weight by 2st 4lb in 5 weeks by drinking 3 x 700ml per day yet have increased my energy levels. I've mixed the diet whey with unsweetened almond milk. I will use Supreme Nutrition (strawberries and cream or ice cream vanilla) as a daily starter when I move to stage 2 of my diet. This was all started so I could ensure I avoid type 2 diabetes and lessen the effects of osteoarthritis.
