Do not use. The extended liability is not worth the paper it's written on. If they drop your stuff - tough! If they didn't specifically pack it then you are not covered. So basically they can chuck your boxes around with no repercussions. They will delay processing your claim for weeks to try and put you off. They can't provide a complaint's process and are apparently not members of any professional associations (have literally just asked them for both)? They get you to complete a survey before you unpack. Therefore do not give them a review until you have had chance to assess the damage.
