Joe and his excellent team were brilliant before during and after the move in Deecmber 2014. Having the owner involved means that we got flexible service and the benefit of Joe's many years of experience. He agreed dates and times beforehand, everything was carefully packed and protected. On the move day, we were delayed for many hours and it was then that I realised how useful it is to have a flexible company that didn't seek to make a meal out of the delay. And afterwards, they even came back to remove all the cardboard the packaging that was piled up in our courtyard - not part of the original deal, but another example of common-sense and flexibility. We got our courtyard cleared, they got cardboard boxes to reuse and the environment benefited as well! Top company - highly recommended!
