All I can say is I've fallen foul of a company who has no policy, no customer care, no after service, no one on the phones, no nothing!!! it's just a set of pretty images that come though daily. It's all lies and film flam, promises and dead items. Lord above if I ran my business like this I'd be run out of time. They are a disgrace. I spent 100 quid on plugs likely they will arrive already as compost! Shocking behaviour from a leading brand that was once top of the table. I'd give this experience a negative 100 if I could. I'm warning you here but also posting to all the national gardening associations and will be informing the RHS about the failure to honour deliveries and 'holding' money! Shameless. I'm making sure Gardner's world know Rip off Britain and all other consumer affairs programs! Plus press releases to all mags and papers! Well, they've had time to sort this out! Tool late mate now.
