All I can say is I've fallen foul of a company who has no policy, no customer care, no after service, no one on the phones, no nothing!!! it's just a set of pretty images that come though daily. It's all lies and film flam, promises and dead items. Lord above if I ran my business like this I'd be run out of time. They are a disgrace. I spent 100 quid on plugs likely they will arrive already as compost! Shocking behaviour from a leading brand that was once top of the table. I'd give this experience a negative 100 if I could. I'm warning you here but also posting to all the national gardening associations and will be informing the RHS about the failure to honour deliveries and 'holding' money! Shameless.
