My last purchase was during early covid lock-down - there was a delay in despatch and this was understandable.
On Friday I placed an order for two items with despatch listed as within 72 hrs. During the early hours today I received a notice saying despatch would be delayed by a week but this couldn't be guaranteed.
I called to cancel my order as the plants were for summer hanging baskets! The customer service rep was fine as was call waiting time. However a 14 day waiting time for refund is unacceptable when you have not yet processed the order.
Your processes are flawed as I now recall that delivery times has always been an issue with you... however previous orders were not time critical so I didn't question or complain.
You have removed order tracking from your website and I don't even have an account number after buying from you for several years now. Stop over promising!
Products that arrive where there is no urgency are great, however you've failed to meet your delivery times too many times now for this to be a glitch or a pandemic issue!
