Surely this is fraud.
I ordered a pomegranate plant on 24th May. Despite repeated emails it has still not been delivered. Sutton’s say I can’t have a refund because my order is ‘in the system.’ They have told me to decline the plant *when it is delivered*
Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish!
Their website says the plant is ‘no longer available’ so they know they won’t be delivering it but still haven’t refunded my money. I think l have been more than patient in waiting since the end of May. I just want my £40.98 and want nothing more to do with these crooks. Trading Standards really needs to investigate the activities of this company judging by the number of people who have also been conned like me. I wish I had read the reviews instead of trusting a familiar named company that I thought was reputable. If you are considering placing an order with them I would urge you to think again because you could end up being ripped off like me and all the other people who have left reviews.
It’s nothing short of daylight robbery.
