I decided to go with Suttons for all of my gardening needs for 2022 based on what I believed to be a sound company and that thy hold a Royal Warrant. Totally meaningless and misguided, counts for nothing, terrible decision.
I paid £10.00 on line for membership of Suttons Garden Club but never received confirmation of payment or membership. In fact there was a statement on my account page that gave my membership status as 'Not yet a member' - Red rag? after many calls and emails they claim they cannot trace my payment even after I sent them a screen shot of the Visa Payment and credit card details. I would have though it wasn't too difficult to sort out but I get the feeling they'e not really bothered.
