I purchased the Will and Trust Online Program for a semi simple Trust that I wanted to set up for my family. The product was poorly designed and not flexible. I would expect the program to lead you through the process similar to Turbo Tax, definitely not.
The other issue is the product comes with a 30 day refund guarantee but it's been over a week without any communication or confirmation of my refund. Suze Orman should be ashamed to attach her name to this product. It sure feels like I've been scammed!!!!
