Andrea was absolutely great dealing with my furniture order. I was annoyed with the early delivery which was not scheduled and missing boxes on delivery but Andrea went all her way to make sure everything was organised in the best way possible and communicated promptly via email and fix the problems I was not happy with. Overall, my TV unit and shelf unit was great but the assembly guide could be better. The delivery people are not great as they cannot deliver directly inside the property and I struggled 2hrs lifting 40kg of furniture boxes up 2 floors on my own in a flat so I hope they can improve on companies that can manage this.
