Great sofa, goes so nicely with the room. However, the delivery was shocking. We were given a time slot between 4-7pm. They turned up at 7.45pm. Ok fine, they apologised. They then came to the door and said they wouldn't be able to bring the sofa inside while it was still in the box. I asked if they could take it out of the box and they said they couldn't because it wasn't part of the service and offered to put it in the garage. My husband came outside and questioned why it wouldn't fit through the front door. They said it was a common problem with these sofas but they said they would try it. What a surprise it did fit through the door! They then looked at the living room and said they wouldn't be able to get it through that door because the ceilings weren't high enough and offered to leave it in the hall. My husband questioned this again to which they sighed and said they would try it. What a surprise it did fit through the door! It seems to me that the delivery guys were behind schedule and wanted a quick drop off. I wonder how many other people they have tried this with and just left it in the most convenient place. Great sofa which has been let down by the delivery. It may be time for Swagger Inc to consider a different delivery company which best reflects the high level of product.
