Honestly, I have in the past loved Swak. But recently, their service sucks. The quality of their products is getting worse. Their delivery situation with FedEx is overly complicated and ordering from Canada is costly and super inconvenient. I ordered two tops in November, a white one and a grey patterned one. I received them a month later (!!!), the white one and a WHITE patterned one. It shouldn’t be that hard to see the difference between white and grey. Now I have to call their customer service and the only option I have is to leave a message so they can call me back??? What a mess. Last time I order from this place. It’s not worth the hassle.
