In May we decided we wanted to buy a spa , we visited 2 other local retailers , but wasn’t impressed , then went to this showroom , Wow , the display was fantastic and so were the staff . Ed looked after us and explained everything to us , he wasn’t pushy to sell which is what we liked . We were kept informed all the time about when delivery would be . They arranged a crane for us and Terry was a star a very difficult crane over . Alex stayed with us all day sorting out the installation and teaching me all the chemicals , he’s so patient lol . The after care is outstanding always happy to help either over the phone or even coming to the house . That’s the good thing about supporting the local business . I would totally recommend buying from here if you want outstanding service , such lovely people , thank you everyone ❤️❤️Xxx
