We have previously purchased a swimming pool from Swan Pools & Spas and when we were in a position to purchase a Hot Tub they were our first port of call. We very foolishly didn’t purchase our Hot Tub from them initially as we were attracted by a large online retailer and the chance to save a few pounds. What a mistake!!! The Hot Tub we originally purchased was of a slightly lower standard but felt the saving in money was worth it. Another mistake!! After waiting 3 months for delivery, within 2 months the Tub was leaking and we were tearing our hair out dealing with a useless call centre with no end in sight. Eventually the faulty tub was collected and refunded and we immediately made our way to the Swan Pools & Spas feeling very sorry for ourselves. We then purchased our American Whirlpool Hot Tub and within 2 weeks it was installed (I must add they were able to install it earlier but we weren’t available). The communication was excellent, emails throughout to let us know what was happening and an excellent thorough service on the day of installation . We couldn’t fault it. I know we have full back up and support from this efficiently run family business. The moral of this story is don’t be too hasty to try and save a few pounds it just isn’t worth it!! The quality of our Tub is far superior with more space, lower runnings, quieter and I feel much more confident with the product and after sales service. P
