Purchased our first hot tub (LA Spas - San Jose) from Swan Spas after doing the rounds in the area - found Nigel to be very helpful when buying. Since installing it (love the spa BTW) Alex in particular has been very helpful in moving it (twice) and sorting out a couple of issues we have had. Always friendly, helpful and delivering excellent customer service. Would highly recommend - James
