I ordered 3 pairs of quite expensive prescription goggles at the end of 2024. Swans UK only sent me 2 pairs in the package, but still registered a commercial invoice to DHL that declared that all the products were present. They also declared the total value of 3 pairs of goggles, which forced me to pay an incorrect and higher amount of import taxes when the shipment cleared Swedish customs. When bringing this up to Swans UK, they categorically refused to take responsibility for their error. This total lack of good will shows this company has no problem making sure you as a customer pay with your money for their mistakes.
Communicating with their lethargic customer service department was quite a challenge. A "fast" response from them would take more than two days. Some messages they simply ignored. As my refund for the missing pair of goggles took several weeks to get repaid to me, I was already in contact with a European consumer organization to register a case against this company. I can under no circumstances recommend Swans UK to anybody who wishes to have a pleasant customer experience. This was absolutely the very last time I order anything from them.
