I purchased two pairs of earrings, and before proceeding to checkout, I made sure to read the return policy listed directly beneath the earrings I selected. It stated that the item was returnable for 30 days from the purchase date. After receiving my order, I immediately contacted customer care to return one of the earrings, but they informed me that it wasn’t returnable! I asked them to review the return policy stated under the product, but they kept making excuses, saying that while it is written there, in another paragraph somewhere else, it mentions that earrings are not returnable. I don’t understand! If it’s not returnable, why confuse customers and play games? Just clearly state that the item cannot be returned—done! I felt cheated and betrayed.
