When I went to the store, the manager told me it was due to the rose gold material, but since it wasn’t her location, she said I needed to return the next day to speak with another manager. I went back, only to be told the 3-year warranty only covers the crystals. She also said things like lotion, water, or sanitizer could cause the discoloration. I reminded her that I barely wore the watch. None of my other watches have ever done this, and this one is made from the cheapest material I’ve ever experienced—despite the high price tag. Total rip-off. The receipt doesn’t even say the warranty is only for gems; that’s just what the manager claimed. What kind of brand sells products that tarnish in under a month? Avoid it.
