Great taste, great customer service. There was an issue with shipping on FedEx's end, but Sweet Flour was responsive and sympathetic to my concern, helped follow up on and resolve the issue, and even offered some compensation should it have failed. Very much instilled confidence in their professionalism and genuine concern for their customers. Also my girlfriend loved the cookies, so I'm assuming the taste was good :)
