This company specializes in customized cookies and baked goods. The message to be written on my cookie order was very clear on my order form and yet they didn’t take the care to carefully spell the message correctly missing the point of the message altogether. And no appropriate action was taken to rectify the problem. Very disappointing, I won’t order from them again and wouldn’t recommend them.
