I would really like to speak to someone about this order. It was intended to be a surprise for my elderly mother and has been pushed back because no one can reach her. Now, not only did FedEx not appear to have her buzzer information but no one from your business reached out to help. So her package is now in Grimbsy despite her not having left the apartment for three months and now she has to go to Grimbsy to pick up? Shipping isn't your fault I get that. How did her buzzer not end up relayed or her contact number. She cannot go to Grimsby to pick up this package. She is elderly and the risk is too great.
