Ordered a cookie cake for my dad's 74th birthday, it was lovely.
I did speak to someone from the shop prior to delivery and I mentioned in the online order to specifically call me prior to delivery.
This didn't happen which is the reason for the 4 stars.
The delivery person delivered it to their apartment door and kept it on the floor.
My parents are seniors and have great trouble bending so leaving it on the floor was not ideal at all.
Aside from that, heard the cookie cake was yummy and it looked nice!
