Well, I ordered pink peonies but they sent white because the pink were not up to their high standards. When I call to ask why they said they were sorry and tried to call me, but couldn't get through. They happily offered to send out another bouquet free of charge this coming week to my daughter and her husband. This is EXCELLENT customer service.
