Five days before a baby shower I recently hosted, I received an email from a different cookie company indicating that they would not be able to make my "order needed by" date. I reached out to Seidner's and explained my situation to them. Even though it was difficult for them to make and ship a few dozen cookies in 5 days, they were happy to try to accommodate my needs. I received their cookies a day early and they were perfectly decorated and tasted delicious. As for the other cookie company...my order arrived 2 days after my event and they were not nearly as well prepared or tasty as the cookies from Seidner's. I will definitely be using Seidner's them again in the future!
