I have been trying to get in touch since you reopened in Jan. I have sent 2 emails and numerous phone calls and still not succeeded. I bought this as a Christmas present for my son and he's not been able to use it as it isn't holding its charge. I want a call back within 24hrs or will be going trading standards.
