Update of my review 4 days ago after leaving a review I then get an email from Robyn Jackson saying we will return your Swegway without you paying £20!!!! It arrives back on Friday we take it out of the box it is exactly the same has not been fixed at all would be surprised if they've even taken it out of the box, the light on the board that isn't working does not even come I when you switch it on! I then ring AGAIN to speak to Robyn or a director Surprise Surprise neither available, i speak to a young boy who does not know what to say, however when I put phone down I get an email stating. Director will call me at 10.30am Monday it is now 11.32am & no call. I will keep you up to date as I will not let them get away with this shoddy product & the worst customer service I have ever received.
