I ordered a hover board for my Grandsons birthday to be delivered the next day. Without any explanation the next day delivery charge was refunded. I was told the delivery would be the following day. But I was travelling that day and over the weekend so wouldn't be at home to receive it. So I sent an email explaining I wasn't happy with the service.To be told it would be delivered on Monday 24th of October as a matter of urgency. This was my Grandsons Birthday. I had wanted to spend the day with him but instead sat waiting for the delivery which arrived at 3:30pm. I couldn't even track the delivery through UPS as it was showing unavailable. Then when it arrived it was white when I had ordered a blue hover board. Very disapointed!!!!
