Segway arrived promptly after placingg order and we were initially delighted with the service until we plugged it in and realised it was not working properly. Then the trouble started. We were promised a replacement item after sending off two videos of the defective segway and were promised (after numerous times attempting to call customer services) that we would receive a replacement and the defective Segway would be collected. This has not happened. I get the same response from customer services every time I call and my call is eventually answered, that they are "very sorry,that the item is in stock and it will be with me in two working days. The postage collection service did not arrive yesterday so they will put it today's post and myand my order will definitely be in this collection". My first object was delivered on of 21 November and this issue has yet to be resolved and it is Christmas next week and I have no present for my son. Really regret going with this company. Please someone sort this asap.
