I purchased a swegway for £399 for my sons birthday, 2 days later it stopped working. I have contacted the company on several occasions but as the previous review has said this company lies and its policies regarding faulty items is appalling.
I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company NOT to use them.
I will be seeking legal advice!!!
