I ordered a swegway for my daughter's Christmas present on 4 December. Paid for delivery within 3 days. Emailed on 7 December to see where my order was to be assured there was a backlog and I'd receive my order within 7 days. 7 days later I received a phone call to say they couldn't fulfil my order as they didn't have it! Chose a different colour and told it would be dispatched the following day. I rang today to cancel as no dispatch note received yesterday to be told it was at their other warehouse waiting to be dispatched for guaranteed delivery tomorrow - please don't disappoint me further!
