I bought a board for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas which cost me £350 on the 30/11/2016. As they state on their website at busy periods it can take up to 7 working days to arrive. Therefore as Christmas was fast approaching I waiting the 7 days, and on the last day I rung to be told the board was delivered and signed for 3 days prior to this. After several phone calls they needed 24 hours to investigate this but was promised I would get a phone call back. Again waited a further 24 hours no phone call, so I had to call them back yet again to be told I would have to wait a further 24 hours. Luckily for me I have CCTV and told them I can prove no board was delivered to my address, therefore they sent a replacement after various arguments and threats of legal action. The board did arrive the next day, but when I checked the contents the charger does not have a UK plug on it. Again I had to phone this complaint and was told to email them with a picture of the charger. I did this straight away, yet again make another phone call to be told another would be sent out for next day delivery. It's Christmas day today and still no charger has arrived, my daughter loves the board, but after about an hour use the battery has died and so I've changed the charger we have to a UK plug, and guess what - the charger doesn't work! I'm so furious that I can't wait until they are back from their Christmas break as I will be asking for a full refund, I'm amazed they can stay in business! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!
