Not that great to be honest. I ordered a swegway go kart attachment for my son it got delivered with a pink wheel and pink grips. I then rang up and explained and was told I should have specified which colour I wanted as they just send any colour out ??!! Why a company as big as yours would just send any colour out is beyond me. As there is such thing as gender i.e. Colours for boys and girls. The item showed blue wheel and. Lie grips. So I went ahead and ordered. Also at the time of my purchase I do strongly believe there was no where that stated u needed to specify the colour. I think your company has realised the big mistake it made and covered it's own back by changing the website. I won't be using your company again as I was made to pay for the exchange. Customer service skills of your staff are beyond a joke.
