I purchased a Classic board the advert on the website said upgrade to Bluetooth and you would get a free bag, well I upgraded and never got the free bag I have emailed various times without any success, I have tried to call customer services multiple times and what a joke that is I think its just a method to subject you to their advertising I waited for 20 minutes and got no answer and that at 0905 this morning the line only opened at 0900.
the tracking number I got from Swegway was useless as their courier tracking site UK Mail did not recognise the number again that was emails to try and sort out but the issue was never resolved.
So all in all Swegway has the poorest customer service I have had in a long time I would not recommend using Swegway there are other suppliers out there who should perform better, I will never use this company again.
