I am a female runner in my 60s. I was excited to try these socks in hopes they would keep my feet warm on cold runs, but I was somewhat disappointed. Last weekend I did a 6-mile run on a calm 23 degrees morning. It was the middle of mile 3 before my feet warmed up, which is about the same as with my other wool socks. I was hoping for better.
