Superior customer service! The first pair of socks I bought from them managed to get a hole near the toe soon after I bought them. When I contacted them they didn't even ask me a question and immediately told me they would send me out a replacement pair. No hassle whatsoever! Very much appreciated! That in and of itself makes this company well worth checking out. When you add in the quality of their products, you know you've run across a company that, in my mind at least, is truly worth doing business with.
